Customer Support - Unsure what all these technical terms mean?

Please ensure that you are able to receive emails from Bids4Freedom, this can be done by adding info@bids4freedom.com and support@bids4freedom to your email address book or trusted sender list. Also check your Spam Filter and your Junk Mail box to make sure you can receive email from bids4freedom.com.

If you are having Technical issues whilst using our website that you are unable to solve, please send us an email via support@bids4freedom.com and will do our best to rectify the issue/s you may be experiencing.

USERNAME: Is the email address you used to register with on this website. Your Username can be changed by sending an email to support@bids4freedom.com, please state your new and old email addresses so that we can verify that you are the legitimate member authorised to act for the account. We will send you an email (to both addresses) once the change of Username has been made.

PASSWORD: You choose a Password of your choice in the initial Registration stage, however your Password can be changed at any time via the Members area. If you forget your Password go to the Log in page and fill in the required information, and email advising of your Password will be sent to your Email address within 3 working days.
