Introduction
The Terms and Conditions of bids4freedom are the rules set out which are applicable to your participation in our auctions on our website.
bids4freedom offers a service of auction packages thoughout website www.bids4freedom.com
You must register with bids4freedom to participate in auctions and you must accept the Terms and Conditions. Once you use our service and participate in an auction, it consitutes your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
At bids4freedom, we reserve our right to change these Terms and Conditions if the need arises. It is recommended you check these Terms and Conditions periodically to check for any changes/additions etc.
Definition of Terms
1. Auction- means an online auction conducted by bids4freedom via our website address of www.bids4freedom.com and includes custom designed packages for Auction.
2. Auction Period - Auctions run until the required amount of bids (stated on each package) are received in order to cover the costs of packages, plus profits (10% of profits will be donated to our chosen Australian charities).
3. Bids mean the amount of freedom dollars/cents
you are offering for the stipulated Auction package.
4. Administration Fee - This is a fee and charged to the bidder each time you make a paid bid. This fee covers all responding emails, cost of running the auction, the cost of the package offered and the 10 percent of profits that will be donated to charities.
5. Freedom Bank and Dollars - all money deposited into your account is known as freedom dollars (AUD) and your account is in the Freedom Bank.
Clarification of Currency: Freedom dollars are equivalent to the Australian Dollar, (One Freedom Dollar = One Australian Dollar). All packages are based upon Australian Dollars.

- If you are not an Australian Resident
- To register and participate in our website (www.bids4freedom.com) you must over the 18 years of age, (the legally recognised age of an adult).
- We at bids4freedom have designed packages to be positive, worthwhile and add real benefit to the lives of those who win the Auction. However we accept no legal liability or fault if the winner of a Auction package experiences anything less than what we aimed for. Once the Auction Package items/goods are in the possession of the winner it is the winners responsibility to manage the package. Being House, Car, Money, and all other goods offered for Auction on this website.
- When you register and participate in this website, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Registration and through your account. That is why we stress that you keep your Username and password secure, dont let others use your account or know your details and finally change your password regularly.
